Beside of the well-known conventional and compact Coil Feeding Lines Seidel Handlingsysteme GmbH also offers to their customers Ultra Compact Coil Feeding Lines. These are lines, which do combine decoiling, straightening and feeding into the press within one single machine. In English they are so called 3 in 1 Systems.
Such an Ultra Compact Coil Feeding Line consists of a decoiling body and a feeder-straightener. Both components may be erected separately or together on a common base. In case that the common base is equipped with forklift pockets, such systems can be moved from one press to another press by forklift within shortest time. In combination with a cut to length shear they can be used as a very short but very effective cut-to-length-line.
Ultra Compact Coil Feeding Lines are specially qualified for very narrow, thick and surface-non-delicate coil material.
